Student/Teacher Demographics
INFO - AIM maintains student demographic information that includes: student's name, address, phone number, grade level, date of birth, religion, date of entry, student ID number, and more. Along with the student demographics the INFO - AIM allows the user to maintain teacher or employee demographics. Information that can be tracked includes teacher's name, address for current year and summer, phone number, date of hire, race, date of birth, additional contact methods, and tenure information.

Grade Reporting
INFO - AIM allows the user to maintain grade information. The user has the ability to determine their grading scale per school per course. The grade reporting functionality allows the user to maintain alpha and numeric grade, report, cards, progress reports, skills-based reporting for the Elementary level, absences and tardy data to be printed on the report card. Grade Reporting will allow the user to print report cards, progress reports, honor roll, failure lists, grade distribution reports, permanent record Labels, verification rosters, rank reports, and much more.

INFO - AIM medical function tracks immunization information, screening information such as vision and hearing, doctor information, medication log, allergy log, and disabilities fields. Student/Teacher ID Cards

Need ID cards for security purposes? The INFO - AIM allows the user to print student/teacher identification cards directly from the program. The ID card will include the student's name, grade level, school name, year, homeroom, and the student ID number. INFO - AIM also allows the ID card to be printed from a special printer onto a durable plastic card for an additional fee.

Lesson Plans
A function of most teachers is to develop a systematic plan, which indicates where the class will be headed and what the expected outcomes are. These plans are presently written on a paper calendar and referred to as needed. The calendar has a problem because it is a fixed document and making modifications in a written lesson planner is difficult and messy. The automated lesson planner makes such adjustments very easy to make. This information can be printed as well as viewed.
